The Chinese authorities were worried about the fact that young people in China spend more and more time playing online games and thus they decided to forbid opening of cyber cafes near the schools.
The users of mobile phones in China often get offers for gaining phony diplomas or buying smuggled cars through SMS messages and that is why a campaign against phony commercials through e-mail and SMS was also initiated.
