Halo 2, video game for Xbox video game console, is one of the top five best-selling games in history for first-day sales. The video game had sales of $125 million in the first day on the market. 2.38 million copies of the game were sold just in USA and Canada. The game was launched on November 9, 2004. Hundreds of gamers gathered together at New York City’s Time Square to welcome the release of their favourite video game. Just to compare, Spiderman holds the record for the biggest income in the first three days in USA and Canada, and it is “just” $114 million.
