MI found the hacker that broke into computer system of the famous Japanese university
Juvenile from Prilep, Macedonia, played with the computer system of the National University of Hiroshima, Japan, but he will not be prosecuted because he caused no damage, Dnevnik reported.
With this, Macedonian police solved the case about the hacker wanted from Japanese police. As we have informed, Interpol from Tokyo recently asked Macedonian colleagues to conduct investigation about the case with Macedonian breaking into computer system in Japan.
In the Interpol documents there are concrete information about how a person from Macedonia “attacked” University of Hiroshima. Police do not announced the identity of the hacker since he is juvenile.
Japanese security system engineer found out that a hacker tried to break the passwords of the University’s information system. The hacker has been discovered by the Department of Information and Forensic Technology in Ministry of Interior, specialised for giving expert’s report about computer equipment used in committing crime. The kid has been discovered by tracing electronic prints left while trying to break into computer system.
According to the Article 251 from Macedonian Criminal Law breaking into computer system is punishable by law. When discovered, the hacker was interrogated in MI Prilep about the motives for his “incursion”. Since he is juvenile and has not caused serious damage, Macedonian hacker was only warned not to play with the computers. (2689 hits/посети) |
