Sixty health institutions in Macedonia will receive a donation of computers with ADSL-Internet connection, within the project "The Health on the Internet". The project was realized by Makedonski Telekomunikacii A.D., Hungarian Embassy to Macedonia and Ministry of Health. MT donated 60 new PCs, provided ADSL broadband internet and one year web hosting for 60 institutions.
Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will cover the monthly fee for the ADSL for the period of one year in the realms of the International program for development and cooperation.
"The Memorandum is a significant for improving of the Macedonian health care, because the technical-technological promotion is a significant segment of health care reforms," said Health Minister Vlado Dimov.
Hungarian ambassador to Macedonia Ferenc Poka, said that the modernization of all institutions, especially the health care sector, is one of the key demands of the European Union.
