Appropriate branding • Signpost (at least 50 meters away from the PIAP) • PIAP sign (100x50 cm) • Signs in the PIAP’s premises 6. Access for people with disabilities 7. Price list available in the PIAP’s premises 8. Toilet 9. Properly air-conditioned 10. Certificate for PIAP standards available in the PIAP’s premises
Standards for PIAP’s equipment
1. Internet access (at least 64 kbps) 2. At least four networked PCs 3. Printer 4. Scanner 5. Internet access from all computers 6. A publicly available telephone number 7. Licensed software 8. Free of charge access to public administration e-services 9. UPS
Standards for the PIAP’s employees
1. At least one employee in charge of 10 PCs 2. Employees to be trained to help users to use the services
Other standards:
1. Software for blind and partially sighted people 2. Working hours: - at least eight hours per working day
- at least four hours PIAP working hours to be consistent with public administration working hours
3. Employees trained to help people with disabilities
