Information about public procurements in public sector can be found in one place – the web portal of the Public Procurement Bureau. The portal was promoted on February 9th, 2006. Mr. Ervan Fuere, EU ambassador in Macedonia, who attended the ceremony, said that the transparency is crucial factor in the public procurements process that would prevent corruption. The director of the Public Procurement Bureau, Ms. Aneta Daneva Mostrova, noted that in this institution people are motivated to contribute towards fighting corruption. In addition, they are aware that the success of the process depends not only on them, but also on every citizens of the Republic of Macedonia.
