Within a month over 200 citizens of Bitola with higher education applied on the public administration calls for employment on the internet. Applicants apply in the Employment agency in Bitola. The Agency in Bitola has two premises equipped with computers, and there are experts that help applicants with insufficient computer skills.
“New way of employment has great advantage over the old fashioned way. The procedure is very simple. The candidates visit website with open competitions, choose the competition whose requirements they meet, and fill in the application,“ said Petar Vojnovski, head of the Working club at the Employment agency in Bitola.
According to Vojnovski, by applying in this way the applicants are free of submitting documents and waiting at the offices, and they save on transport and buying application forms.
Employment via internet is initiated by the USAID and Agency of civil servants of the Republic of Macedonia. “This way of employing is becoming part of our everyday work, which means that it is going to be implemented on long-term basis,” added Vojnovski.
