Macedonian IT company Nextsense won the Microsoft customer experience improvement award for the web portal www.uslugi.gov.mk . Every year Microsoft selects best solutions realised by its 150 thousand partners worldwide, and the award goes to the company which solution provided highest quality of service for the user with outstanding expertise that influenced the increased satisfaction and surpassed expectations of the user.
“We have won the award in the Customer Experience category and it is remarkable recognition for us,” said Vasko Kronevski, director of Nextsense at the press conference. Nextsense will receive the award at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Boston on July 12, 2006. As Kronevski explained, almost all 30 employees participated in development of the web portal www.uslugi.gov.mk. “The award is an inspiration for further activities, and opportunity to expand our business in the region,” added Kronevski.
Director of Microsoft Macedonia , Ilijancho Gagovski, thinks that the award is very important considering the competition and the afct that about 20 companies in 20 categories are awarded.
“This award can be a turning point for Macedonian IT companies, hitherto referred to as a sector, but according to their significance we are talking about IT industry that can foster development of Macedonian economy,” said Gagovski.
