On the occasion of the Free Software Day, on Saturday, September 16, 2006 Metamorphosis Foundation will publish “Get Your Job Done!” CD containing free and open source software localised into Macedonian language. The CD will be distributed with the Vreme newspaper and can be bought for 50 denars.
The CD contains free software for:
- Office (OpenOffice.org)
- Browsing and e-mail (Firefox, Thunderbird)
- Image manipulation program (GIMP)
- Games (Battle for Wesnoth)
Software is intended for PCs running Windows operating system. The income will be used for further development of free and open source software.
