The USAID funded eGov Project implemented by Internews Network and METAMORPHOSIS Foundation, is hereby requesting an offer regarding IT security audit of the Online system for Export/Import licenses and quotas - EXIM system, created and implemented with the technical and financial assistance of the eGov Project. Companies registered in either USA or Macedonia which perform IT security audit as part of their business portfolio are invited to submit offers. It is essential for the proper conducting of the audit that the auditors master the Macedonian language in written form. Companies who have developed software applications for the eGov Project are not eligible to submit offers under this RFO. The EXIM system is a custom build application developed for the 16 Government institutions that are part of the cross border trade, coordinated by the Customs Administration of the Republic of Macedonia. It is developed by a Macedonian software developer, contracted by the eGov Project. The system can be found at the following web address: www.exim.gov.mk. The purpose of this audit is to evaluate the security of the Online system for export/import licenses and quotas and to identify any possible security glitches therein. The audit shall evaluate the system only (including the network device in use by the system), not other IT systems operational at the hosting institution - Customs Administration.
